2)Vibrator

The vibrators are the main component of the vibrating equipments. As a standard two unbalanced motors or heavy duty cordon shaft with eccentric weights are used for producing the vibration. These vibratos are one of the best available in the market and meet all the international quality standards.

3)Screening Media

Varity of screening media can be supplied as per the required application. Polyurethane modular panels, tension cloth, wedge wire mesh or wire mesh in stainless steel / spring steel are available as standard fitment.

4)Bearings and Lubrication

For vibrator motors custom made with particular geometry, specially designed to support both high radial and axial loads are used. All vibrators motors are lubricated in the factory and do not require further lubrication if used in normal operating conditions. In heavy duty operating conditions periodical re-lubrication (greasing) may be applied. Cordon shaft type assembly is available in oil and grease lubricated variants. Screen duty roller bearings are used for smooth and trouble free operation.

5) Anti Vibration Mounts

The Supertech Solutions can provide various solutions for mounting there vibrating screens as per clients requirement. Free oscillating mounts are the best that the industry can offer. Screens with conventional helical spring mounts can also be supplied.
